I began my journey into woodworking, specifically the intricate art of kumiko, several years ago. What started as a curiosity about traditional Japanese woodworking techniques has grown into a passion for creating delicate, geometric patterns through precise joinery.

I live and work in Decatur, GA, where I have the perfect environment to pursue my craft. The vibrant arts community here provides endless inspiration and opportunities to share my work with fellow enthusiasts.

When I'm not in the workshop creating kumiko pieces, I enjoy playing guitar, building web applications and riding motorcycles. These diverse interests help inform my approach to woodworking, bringing fresh perspectives to traditional techniques.
